War Machines 02:42
Machines are marching, they can’t be stopped They crush the buildings and they drop the bombs You can’t run and you can’t hide Metal monsters are right outside War machines, war machines Metal has some kind of grip on me War machines, war machines The masters shrug and say, “Oh, that’s too bad.” Metal minds and metal eyes Metal guns with beams of fire Metal legs, three standing strong On the march, it won’t be long War machines, war machines Metal has some kind of grip on me War machines, war machines The masters shrug and say, “Oh, that’s too bad.” War machines, war machines Metal has some kind of grip on me War machines, war machines The masters shrug and say, “Oh, that’s too bad.”

about

Scanner is an old school punk rock band, formed in Pennsylvania in 1979, and we are heavily influenced by Dead Boys, Ramones, Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop, Plasmatics, Stiff Little Fingers, and the Clash.

Scanner played throughout York, Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Gettysburg, PA; and Baltimore/D.C. areas.

We were formed by Joe Brady and Junnie Fortney after playing with various lineups during 1977-78. We reunited after 30+ years in 2012, were joined by Troy Alwine on drums, and headed to the studio, where we finally recorded our tunes from back then properly.
